Mystery Shopping Program

In order to provide you, and all our members, with the best customer service, we monitor that service on a regular basis through a mystery shopping program. This enhances employees' awareness of the importance of excellent member service and sometimes uncovers opportunities for them to improve even more.

To accomplish this, "mystery shoppers" periodically interact with Tellers and Member Services Representatives and fill out an online report form. The report form includes such member service skills as proper greeting, friendliness, helpfulness, etc. In return, a small stipend is paid for each "shop".
