Online Sign-up Instructions


  1. Go to the Home page
  2. Click on the Secure Login Button 
  3. Enter your Login/Access ID (your account number).
  4. Enter your Password. (First time users must enter the last four digits of social security number and will be prompted to change Password. If you have already selected a new Password for Member Express Line (MEL),
    please use the same Password for Member Online.)

Bill Pay

Stop writing those monthly checks to the telephone and utility companies. Enter your bill payment information online and your bill will be paid.

  1. Login to Member Online
  2. Select an account
  3. Click on the red Bill Pay button
  4. Click on the Enroll button (bottom right)
  5. You should make your User ID and PIN the same as for you Member Online login.
  6. After submitting the enrollment form, please allow up to 72 hours for approval. You will receive an e-mail confirmation.

The monthly fee for Bill Pay is available from any Member Service Representative and can also be found in the Service Charge Schedule.

E-Statements 

Secure, convenient and accessible 24/7. Reconcile your monthly statement with a click of your mouse.

Click E-Statement Authorization to sign up.

Leominster Credit Union will send an email to the address provided when the statement for the subject account is rendered. All statements should be opened and reviewed in a timely fashion.

LCU will attempt to send email notification for twenty (20) days in intervals of two days. LCU will attempt to resend failed emails every three hours for the first forty-eight hours
