How to Use Our Mobile Banking Service

Enroll in Mobile Banking today with these five easy steps:

  1. Log in to Member Online
  2. Click on User Settings
  3. Select Mobile Banking
  4. Click Edit
  5. Complete all required fields on enrollment form and submit

Once enrolled, you will receive a text message and a secure link on your cell phone. This link will access the secure mobile banking site. Each carrier can vary on the information they request regarding accessing your accounts.

Click the link and enter the request from you carrier, which may be:

  • Member Online Username
  • Member Online Password
  • Mobile Banking Password

At the end of each session a new secure link will be sent to your mobile phone to be used for your next Mobile Banking session.

Requirements:

The following requirements are needed in order to utilize Mobile Banking:

  • Must have a LCU account. Not a LCU member? Membership is easy!
  • Must be enrolled in Member Online. If you aren’t enrolled in Member Online, enroll today and begin enjoying the conveniences of Mobile Banking
  • Mobile phone must have text capabilities
  • Mobile phone must be supported by one of the following carriers: Alltel, AT&T, Cingular, Nextel, Sprint, SunCom, T. Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, Voice Stream.
