
Gordon R. Edmonds is President and Chief Executive Officer of Leominster Credit Union. He was named to this position in June of 2007 after being with LCU since 2001. Previously, he was the credit union's Senior Vice President/Lending. Gordon has a distinguished career in financial services including senior positions at Hanscom Federal Credit Union, Bank of Western Massachusetts, and Bank of New Hampshire. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Southern Vermont College and is a graduate of the National School of Banking and the National School of Retail Banking. Strongly committed to community and civic organizations, he serves on the boards of RCAP Solutions, the North Central Massachusetts Habitat for Humanity, Fitchburg State University, and the North Central Mass Chamber of Commerce. Gordon is a United States Air Force retiree and resides with his wife, Gail in Keene, New Hampshire. They are the proud parents of two children and four grandchildren.

Gary M. Abrams is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of Leominster Credit Union. Gary joined LCU in 2004 and is responsible for the Finance Division including Accounting, Deposit Operations, and Internal Audit/Compliance. He also oversees LCU’s investment portfolio management and asset liability management. His career in financial services spans thirty-five years at banks including Old Colony Bank, Somerset Savings Bank, University Bank and Fidelity Co-operative Bank. He holds a BSBA in Finance and Insurance from Northeastern University. Gary and his wife Lorry are long-time residents of Reading and are the parents of a son, Matt and a daughter, Jen.

Carol A. Southworth is Senior Vice President of Retail Banking at Leominster Credit Union. A twenty-one year veteran of the financial services industry, Carol joined LCU in 2001 after holding management positions at Fleet Bank and Commerce Bank and Trust. Educational credits include New England College of Finance, Quinsigamond Community College, and Leadership courses through the United States Navy Reserves. Carols community involvement includes The American Cancer Societys Relay for Life, Leominster CrimeStoppers, and the American Legion Post 138. She resides in Spencer.
John J. O'Brien is Senior Vice President of Lending at Leominster Credit Union. John joined LCU in 2007 and is responsible for the credit union's real estate, consumer, and indirect lending programs as well as its loan servicing and collections operations. John has nearly three decades in the financial services industry. Prior to joining LCU, he worked in operations, sales and planning capacities at Household International, a century old financial services company that was acquired several years ago by HSBC. John is a Worcester native, served four years in the United States Air Force, and attended the University of Maryland, Holyoke Community College and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. He and his wife reside in West Boylston where he is a member of the Board of Selectmen, and are the parents of two adult children.

Barbara A. Mahoney is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Leominster Credit Union. She joined the credit union in 2003 and has career experience in financial services and human resources. She previously was a Branch Manager who transitioned into Human Resources at Bank of Boston for ten years followed by fifteen years as Director of Human Resources at Allmerica Financial. Barbara holds a Bachelors in Social Rehabilitation from Assumption College and attended Assumption and Suffolk University MBA programs. She serves on the Advisory Board for LUK Inc. Mentoring Program and is on the Cultural Commission for the City of Leominster. Barbara resides in Leominster with her three children.
Janet L. Belsky is Vice President of Marketing at Leominster Credit Union. Her marketing career spans more than 20 years, and includes corporate communications and direct marketing agency experience. She recently held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Beverly National Bank. Janet has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Public Relations from Salem State College and is a graduate of The Institute for Financial Studies. She resides with her family in Stow.

Peter V. Brytowski, Jr. joined Leominster Credit Union in 1998 and serves as the Credit Union’s Vice President of Information Technology. Throughout his career, Peter has held various management positions in the Operations and Information Technology fields at Central Massachusetts businesses. He served in the United States Army for three years and resides in northeast Connecticut with his wife of thirty-seven years. Peter and his wife are the parents of three adult children and the proud grandparents of five.

Oscar O'Connor is the Vice President of Real Estate Lending at Leominster Credit Union and also serves as the Credit Union's Community Reinvestment Act Officer. Since joining LCU in 1983, he has worked in various capacities in the Lending and Retail Divisions at the Credit Union. Oscar is a graduate of the College of St. Anselm in Manchester, New Hampshire. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Montachusett Opportunity Council and the North Central Massachusetts CRA Coalition. Oscar resides in Leominster with his wife and three children.

Gil Richard is LCU’s Recovery Manager. He has been with LCU for over thirty years holding various positions in the Retail and Lending Divisions. Originally from Canada, Gil came to the United States as a child. He served in the United States Army for two years. Gil and his wife reside in Westminster. They are the parents of a daughter who is an art teacher in the Fitchburg Public Schools and a son who is a senior at Framingham State College.

Seth A. Wish is Leominster Credit Union's Vice President of Sales. He brings with him nearly twenty years of experience leading sales/service organizations. His experience includes similar positions with First Marblehead Corporation and Technology Sales Leads in Boston, and Seton Identification products in Branford, CT. Seth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in music from Indiana University and a Master of Arts degree from the New England Conservatory of Music. He is married and the proud parent of three. He resides in Mason, New Hampshire.

Kim A. Cary is the Branch Manager of the Leominster Credit Union Holden branch located at 715 Main Street. Kim joined LCU in 1994 and has managed the Holden Branch for the past six years. She is an active member of the Holden Chamber of Commerce, the Wachusett Area Rotary Club, and Wachusett Networking Group. Kim was born and raised in Holden and currently resides in Rutland with her husband.

Joseph Coller is Assistant Vice President/IT Manager at Leominster Credit Union. He joined LCU in 1998 and has held various positions in the Information Technology Department. He holds numerous Microsoft and Novell certifications. Prior to joining LCU, Joe worked for Gardner firearms manufacturer H & R 1871. Joe resides in Leominster with wife Carol and four daughters and lists Las Vegas and golf as his two favorite pastimes.

Sandra Collins is Assistant Vice President and Regional Branch Manager for Leominster Credit Union. She joined LCU in 2002. Born and raised in Worcester, she began her banking career in 1980 at the former Worcester County Institution for Savings. She has also held retail banking positions at Grafton Suburban Credit Union and Commerce Bank. Sandra is a member of the Worcester/Auburn Chamber of Commerce and was previously involved with Worcester Vocational High School, Ted Williams Little League, and the AIDS Project. Sandra resides in Worcester with her husband. They are the parents of three adult children and grandparents of two beautiful little girls!

Heather E. Dumais is Assistant Vice President of Business Lending at Leominster Credit Union. She brings nineteen years experience in financial services to LCU including positions as Branch Manager for BayBank and Commerce Bank and Indirect Loan Officer at Commerce Bank and TD Banknorth. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University. She is an avid golfer and resides in Charlton with her husband.

Jennie E. Gray has been Manager of Leominster Credit Unions Clinton Branch for fourteen years. Her career in banking totals more than thirty-seven years at community financial institutions in Central Massachusetts. Prior to banking, Jennie graduated from Leos Beauty Institute in Worcester. She is on the Board of Trustees at Clinton Hospital and also serves on the Clinton Hospital Foundation. Her other community activities include participation on the Clinton Exchange Club and the Wachusett Chamber of Commerce. Jennie resides in Stow and has three children and four grandchildren.

Lisa Gurevich has been Branch Manager of LCUs North Leominster office since 2007. A native of Belarus, she moved to the US in 1991 and has degrees in economics, civil engineering, and business administration. Lisa began her banking career in 1993. Since joining LCU, she has joined the Leominster Rotary Club and the Sales Leads Group and Executive Womens Network of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband reside in Worcester and are the parents of two children.

Cynthia G. Hamilton is Assistant Vice President/Controller at Leominster Credit Union. She joined the credit union in 1988 and has held various positions in the Accounting Department. Cindy is a graduate of the New England College of Finance and a member of the Financial Managers Society. She, her husband, and her two dogs are long-time Ashby residents and are the parents of three sons and three grandsons.

Maria Litalien is LCU's Loan Servicing Manager. Maria joined the credit union in 1991 spending a year as a teller before transferring to the Loan Servicing Department. She took over as manager of the department in 1995. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Mount Wachusett Community College. Previously, she lived in Maine and worked as an assistant in a dental office. Maria lives in Leominster with her husband and family.

June M. Navalany is Assistant Vice President and Auditor at Leominster Credit Union and also serves as the Credit Union’s Compliance and Privacy Officer. Since starting with the Credit Union in 2004, she has established an in-house internal audit program and enhanced the compliance program. June brings over 30 years of regulatory and financial industry experience to the Credit Union. She worked at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in finance and resolution and at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston in examination. She was also the audit director at Cambridge Trust Company for 13 years. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts with a BBA in Accounting. June resides in Leominster.

Roland J. Paquette is Assistant Vice President, Facilities Manager at Leominster Credit Union. Before joining LCU in 2005, Roland worked as Facilities Manager for DRS Electric Power Technologies. He is a Master Electrician and has an extensive facilities and construction background. Roland lives in Spencer MA with his wife and their three Children.

Mychelle M. Phillips serves as LCUs Assistant Vice President/Operations Manager. She has been with LCU since 2003 and is an Accredited ACH Professional. Mychelle has an Associates in Business Administration from Northeastern University and has twenty-five years experience in the financial services industry. Mychelle was previously employed as an Information Technology Officer at several Central Massachusetts financial institutions. She resides in West Boylston with her husband and two children, where she serves on the town Finance Committee.

Suzanne M. St. Cyr is Assistant Vice President/Consumer Lending at LCU. She has been with the credit union since 1990. Suzanne is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. She is a resident of Leominster and serves on the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Leominster Public Library.
