Part Time 20 hours – North Leominster Branch
Monday: 7:15am to 1:45pm
Thursday: 12:00pm to 7:00pm
Friday: 7:15am to 3:15pm

In this position, you will process a variety of member transactions such as check cashing, deposits, withdrawals and loan payments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable cross-selling our products and services to our members and providing efficient and courteous service. Previous teller and/or cash handling experience is a plus, however we will train the right person. We offer a paid training program!

Teller Supervisor – Worcester Branch
The Teller Supervisor oversees the daily operation of the teller line, ensures exceptional member service is provided and adherence to the credit union’s policies and procedures. Knowledge of banking products and services is necessary to achieve sales goals and to coach and motivate the teller staff in achieving their goals. Prior supervisory experience and at least 2 years of Senior Teller or Teller Supervisor experience is required.

Senior Collections Representative
Located at our new Executive & Operations Building in Leominster, MA, this position reports directly to the VP - Collections Manager and is responsible for the collection of delinquent loans, particularly mortgages. This includes working with borrowers to formulate payment plans, initiating small claims court actions and working with collection agencies regarding charged off accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing delinquent accounts. Candidates must possess five to seven years of banking experience in a Collections Department and have a working knowledge of loan workouts, foreclosures and REOs. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills and a high standard for accuracy.
