Commercial Loan Administrator

Located in our new Executive Office and Operations Center in Leominster, this new position will provide day to day support to LCU’s Business Loan Officer. This includes coordinating and processing commercial loan closings with members, third party administrators, attorneys, insurance agents and appraisers, reviewing loan documents and preparing credit related documents. The Commercial Loan Administrator will respond to member inquires and assist with payoffs, releases and general maintenance while providing excellent member service. Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s Degree or its equivalent in coursework, training or experience. Basic underwriting skills, two years of experience with commercial loans and working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

 

 


Indirect Lending Manager

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Lending, this individual organizes the daily activities of the Indirect Lending Department. This includes reviewing indirect loan applications, relaying the loan decisions in a prompt and professional manner and ensuring loan agreements are in compliance with credit union policies and procedures. The Indirect Lending Manager works with car dealerships to implement marketing ideas as well as new policies and procedures. They are responsible for determining business development opportunities and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in coursework, training or experience. Candidates must have five years of experience in the indirect lending business and two years of supervisory responsibility. An individual with excellent analytical, decision making, and member service skills is needed.

 

 


Part Time - Clinton High School Branch Supervisor

The high school branch supervisor is responsible for organizing the daily activities of the student teller line. This includes providing direction to the students while ensuring excellent member service, compliance and efficiency. The high school branch supervisor trains students in all aspects of teller responsibilities and the credit union's products and services.

Ideal candidates will have a true interest in providing a learning experience for the students enrolled. Previous supervisory and banking experience is required. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to working with LCU’s members, employees and the high school administration.

The Teller Supervisor will oversee the daily operation of the Shrewsbury Street Branch teller line. They will ensure exceptional member service is provided and adherence to the credit union's policies and procedures. Knowledge of banking products and services is necessary to achieve sales goals and to coach and motivate the teller staff in achieving their goals. Prior supervisory experience and at least 2 years of Senior Teller or Teller Supervisor experience is required. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced, banking professional to join the LCU team!

 

 


Part Time Teller (20 hours) – Holden Branch


Wednesdays: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Thursdays: 1:00 pm – 7:15 pm
Fridays: 12:00 pm – 6:15 pm
Saturdays: 7:45 am – 12:15 pm

In this position, you will provide efficient and courteous service while processing a variety of transactions such as check cashing, deposits, withdrawals and loan payments. Candidates must be comfortable in a sales and service environment and cross-selling LCU products and services to our members. Ideal candidates will have cash handling and customer service experience. Previous teller experience is a plus however; we will train the right person.
