Vice President, Sales

The LCU has an exciting new opportunity for a motivated, highly skilled professional to assume the leadership role for developing and implementing our sales strategy. As a member of the senior management team, reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will lead the strategic direction for sales initiatives and sales training. This includes the formulation and implementation of successful internal sales programs, as well as training and coaching programs in support of our sales culture.

The desired candidate will possess a track record of strong leadership; have a collaborative style and the ability to successfully interact across all levels and functions within the organization; demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills along with a thorough knowledge and expertise in all aspects of sales and sales management.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field along with solid experience in sales management and service, preferably within the retail arena. A proven ability to motivate, develop and work in a team environment is required.

Senior Teller 
PT - Main Office in Leominster
(Tues. through Thurs., 7:15 - 11:15
Fri., 7:15 - 11:45
Sat., 8:45 - 12:15)

The ideal candidate will have some supervisory experience and at least two years of teller experience. In this position, you will assist the Teller Supervisor in mentoring the teller line along with processing member transactions, balancing the ATM, and ordering and verifying cash shipments. You must be comfortable in a sales and service environment and cross-selling our products and services to our members.

PT - Clinton Branch
(Tues. 12:45-5:15, Thurs. 12:00-7:15
Fri. 12:00-5:15, Sat. 8:45-12:15)

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivilent and solid cash handling experience in a financial or service related position. Good organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail are a must. Familiarity  with office equipment, including basic computer skills and applicable software required.
